Dinners Ready

Dinners Ready

Promote Your Page Too I helped my friend and client Rick Peterson of Dinners Ready in Mill Creek set up a fan page on Facebook and it is beginning to take off. We are at 98 fans now and I expect to hit triple digits tonight.

At Dinners Ready they assemble ready to cook (or freeze for later), restaurant quality meals for pick up or delivery in and around Mill Creek, Washington. It is a great idea for those who don’t have time to prepare a meal, or if you want to provide meals for elder family members or college kids who don’t shop and cook for themselves. Each meal comes in two, four or six serving sizes with complete cooking instructions. So become a fan on Facebook (click on the box above) and look for upcoming specials exclusively for Facebook fans.

Quantifying Social Networking Buzz

Filed under: Social Media Marketing — glensyvertsen @ 5:59 pm

Internet Retailer has an interesting story about a new survey that it commissioned to determine which retailers are most talked-about in online social networking sites, and to what extent the conversation is positive.

Amazon.com came out on top – a marriage of the world’s biggest Internet retailer and technology that makes this conversation possible – with 92 percent of the conversation being positive.

Behind Amazon are Target (with 83 percent of the conversation being positive), IKEA (77 percent), Walmart (69 percent), Staples (79 percent), Nike (80 percent), Lowe’s (83 percent), Macy’s (84 percent), Borders (80 percent), Marshall’s (76 percent), and Costco (76 percent).

I produced this video for my friend Therese to help sell her listing. The home belongs to Cindi Rinehart of Northwest Afternoon and it is a beautiful old craftsman style built in 1910 but totally remodeled. If a buyer sees the video and then buys the house, Therese is going to pay the first person who sent the link to the video to the eventual buyer a referral fee. I don’t know how much yet but if you know anyone who is looking to buy in West Seattle, send them the link and you might get paid. click here to go to video
